Administrative fees may apply, and remaining funds may be treated as inactive until the dispute is resolved. 9n9n will notify the registered account holder and seek confirmation of identity and preferred payment method before proceeding with chargeback-related actions.
Refunds are discretionary and limited to circumstances such as accidental deposits, deposits made without authorization, or services not delivered as contracted. Requests for refunds must be submitted to 9n9n support with full justification. 9n9n will respond within two (2) business days, and refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original funding method where possible or by another method determined by 9n9n. 9n9n emphasizes that gameplay consumes funds immediately; refunds are not guaranteed and may be restricted by the terms of service.
9n9n reserves the right to reverse or adjust transactions resulting from technical or human error, freeze or withhold funds, and set-off future winnings to satisfy liability arising from erroneous credits or withdrawals. Users must promptly report discrepancies to 9n9n customer support. Deposits must be commensurate with gameplay and there shall be no abuse of the payment system. 9n9n may suspend or terminate accounts in accordance with applicable law and the terms of service when abuse or fraud is detected.
