Payment Policy Overview

9n9n maintains a comprehensive policy governing all monetary transactions related to participation in wagering, including deposits, withdrawals, identity verification, processing times, limits, fees, and dispute handling. By funding or withdrawing from a 9n9n account, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein, as they may be amended from time to time with effect upon posting.

Deposits

Funding your 9n9n account is required to engage in wagering. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR or the equivalent in other currencies. Maximums apply per single transaction and are displayed at the time of payment; users may submit multiple deposits to reach higher funding levels, subject to per-method daily and monthly caps.

  • Accepted methods include card payments and supported electronic wallets; deposits in virtual currencies are permitted in accordance with this policy; fiat deposits may be converted to virtual currency in accordance with site rules. Debits, credits or other payment instruments must be owned by the account holder, and the name on the instrument must match the 9n9n account name.
  • Per-transaction and per-period limits for card-based deposits: up to 5,000 EUR per transaction; a maximum of 10 deposits per day; a maximum of 40 deposits per calendar month. Higher funding requests may be accommodated only by processing multiple deposits within these caps.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements may be invoked for deposits, particularly at higher funding levels or where activity triggers heightened scrutiny. Deposits may be blocked or require additional documentation pending verification.
  • Deposited funds become available to the account holder within a reasonable processing period following successful authorization by the payment solution provider and any requisite confirmations. Additional verification procedures may extend processing times.

Withdrawals

To withdraw funds, you must complete identity verification and provide information sufficient to verify the source of funds. 9n9n reserves the right to perform additional checks before processing payouts and may suspend withdrawals to complete such checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 EUR or the equivalent. The maximum withdrawal per transaction varies by method; card-based withdrawals are limited to 1,000 EUR per transaction. The aggregate withdrawal limits are 1,000 EUR per day, 2,500 EUR per week, and 15,000 EUR per month. If a requested withdrawal exceeds a method’s limit, the withdrawal may be issued in installments.

  • Withdrawals are issued in the same currency class as the corresponding deposit method. Withdrawals related to fiat funding are made to the linked bank account or eligible e-wallet; cryptocurrency withdrawals are sent to the crypto wallet bound to the 9n9n account. Crypto withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmations of the most recent deposit or as otherwise required by the platform’s AML controls.
  • Processing timelines: a withdrawal decision (approve or reject) will be communicated within two (2) days; after approval, processing times depend on the payment provider and network confirmations. You may cancel a withdrawal request before completion, in which case the funds revert to your account.
  • Liquidating funds deposited in one currency class and withdrawing in another may be subject to conversion rules and applicable fees as disclosed at the time of withdrawal.

Fees, Limits and Processing

Additional fees may apply for certain withdrawal methods or jurisdictions. All limits are published on the payments page at the time of the transaction. 9n9n reserves the right to adjust fees and limits and to apply processing times consistent with the payment solution providers and regulatory requirements.

Chargebacks and Refunds

Chargebacks arise when a cardholder disputes a transaction or a bank reverses a payment. If a chargeback is initiated, 9n9n may block the account, request identity verification, and withhold or reverse funds as needed. Administrative fees may apply, and remaining funds may be treated as inactive until the dispute is resolved. 9n9n will notify the registered account holder and seek confirmation of identity and preferred payment method before proceeding with chargeback-related actions.

Refunds are discretionary and limited to circumstances such as accidental deposits, deposits made without authorization, or services not delivered as contracted. Requests for refunds must be submitted to 9n9n support with full justification. 9n9n will respond within two (2) business days, and refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original funding method where possible or by another method determined by 9n9n. 9n9n emphasizes that gameplay consumes funds immediately; refunds are not guaranteed and may be restricted by the terms of service.

Additional Provisions

9n9n reserves the right to reverse or adjust transactions resulting from technical or human error, freeze or withhold funds, and set-off future winnings to satisfy liability arising from erroneous credits or withdrawals. Users must promptly report discrepancies to 9n9n customer support. Deposits must be commensurate with gameplay and there shall be no abuse of the payment system. 9n9n may suspend or terminate accounts in accordance with applicable law and the terms of service when abuse or fraud is detected.
